not sure but i think that the registration, will be completed 2nd wk oct time frame because that falls in the time frame for ceo to sell shares along with shareholders " under 144 rule ceo has to sell in a reasonable amount of time to sell".to build float. only guessing here but i think underwriters will have shares to start to sell by first part of nov / sooner to build float . still waiting to here news from company that will clear everything up. uplist soon imo.
