they acknowledged fumble, listened to suggestions, (both boards), making an effort to communicate in a more ethical manner, thanked us for support and communications

time to move forward, tech is still tech and folks just human

Sat I got sidetracked while painting,  got focused on something else and fell off my extended ladder and now sit in a recliner......paint job still not done.

Am glad they made the effort and will wait and see....water over the bridge now in my book, did what I could in a proactive manner with them....was best I could see to do.
