What a lovely escape hatch they've provided for themselve in not setting a concrete date.  Now, with all the changes happening so fast in the IP market they can easily claim that their scheduled PR got  moved back once again due to market activity and we the investors have no idea it that's true or not.

DUTV has really handled this debacle most unprofessionally and truly been their own worst enemy when it's come to building(destroying) trust in their brand.  So sad.
