"Wasoom", ... this is the only reply you'll get from me since I have no interest in engaging in further dialog over this issues;   The following is indeed my opinion as a shareholder.  Yes, things have turned in favor for SNEY and shareholders, and I found it unethical to pass an e-mail to SNEY shareholders before being fully executed by both parties, creating doubts, and excitement before it is confirmed by SNEY, furthermore, said news should have come to us from SNEY via PR following business protocol, ...which it didn't, it has created confusion.

What I see is an unnecessary exposure of a "tug of war" between the AMS/Tantalus group and SNEY and that is not good for PPS, seems to me these issues should have been settled between the parties in private and not "out" as they have, but it is what it is and this company must move forward.  I personally have nothing against any of them, have met most of the Sierra Leone group, and have had brief conversations with Brian, Dale, Beckman, Steve, Medhi, George, and two others, and have indeed pointed out in the iHUB the trials and tribulations of the SNEY people in Sierra Leone, ... they sweat and toil as we sit comfortably and post critically their endeavors, also have additionally pointed out the dangers of working in Africa, Malaria, Typhoid, snakes, mosquitos, murder, etc., etc,.  I have been on the forefront defending SNEY here and in Africa 100% consistantly, and not until recently did I decide to pull back from posting as turmoil increased, and some were bickering within the SNEY ranks, therefore under such circumstances do you expect me to reflect that things have turned against SNEY ????, ... you got "scuba" and others for that.

The controversy, phone calls, flood of e-mails you mentioned, in my opinion that it's the result of said "confusion" already mentioned. As for the interest in the new Company, more power to them, and I do wish you success, I have always held Brian and Dale in high regard and am cognizant of the sacrifice and hard work they have put into SNEY, moreover, I was saddened by all this taking place and wish it had not come about so that SUNERGY INC. could move forward as a whole, thus, having their efforts fully rewarded and their dreams realized, I am not now nor ever being blind to their personal investment into this project and am sincere when I mentioned "I wish them great success".

I also know there has to be flaws in all sides, and many factors came into play in bringing this scenario about, the distance, lack of sufficient funding, and much much more all of which lessened cohesiveness withing the SNEY corporate structure.   In my posts, I take sides where my interest as a shareholder is, and will continue to do so.    I have no interest in "who did what to who" and leave that to others who have nothing else to do, I look at the bigger picture which is the direction SNEY is taking, and as a "long" holder of shares, I also know that it would benefit ALL (both sides) not to increase the tension already created by this corporate metamorphosis, we all have much to gain.

I wish for us all great success.  "RMC"
