I am most familiar with Title 21. Looking now to see if I can locate anything that indicates IND denials are indexed.
Trazbull, it means that somewhere in that mass expanse of a database the FDA has, HemaXellerate is now included. Somewhere it is tagged within the FDA database otherwise the FDA site would not be returned as a result.
