Your post that I'm responding to makes me feel 100% more confident about SJ #3 and I greatly appreciate that feedback.  You owe me less than zero but if you have the time then please PM me any new status you receive on SJ #3.  I understand that if successful then we will all know at the same time and only after the GOB approves it so I don't expect any shareholder to know before TECO and the GOB knows.  I think my biggest problem sometimes is the lack of knowing  the  how's, why's, but's, if's, etc.  Maybe I have a tendency to be a "control freak" and yet all of this is out of my control so my frustrations come out by pointing a finger.  If I know how or why a task or milestone was delayed or failed no matter what the reason or subject matter then I handle the bad news much more logically and with much less frustration.  Handling good news is easy so if good news then who cares how they got there.  I have zero tolerance for lies and BS but lies and BS can become more truth once explanations are given.  TECO had a long history of not giving explanations and the newsletter helps eliminate some of that problem.  I can take the good with the bad as long as I know how the bad happened.
