What I hear is that they are plugging below the first zone and then reperfing above the plug.  They have already cemented below that.  The first SJ#3 zone is where they had two positive tests showing oil.  The tests were made with similar equipment that major companies use and it has been highly accurate for them.  Hopefully it will be as accurate for Treaty and they will bring in a successful well.
