They could install a packer below the first perf, then run a drill string thru that packer and pump in the C-ment, remove the string with the packer and the lower perf is sealed , or they could install a plug below the upper perf and produce the upper zone . But there was talk about going below the water zone down to 4000 ft . But they ran into problems I'm not sure what their plan is .
