So my point here is that the "claims" by the FAA, if those claims were made over a year ago...like, say in October 2011.....then the statment from the FAA could actually be considered true.....

I don't think at that time we had actually submitted "good" manuals........

.....but if those claims are recent...like within the last couple of months............damn........

The timing of the statements makes a huge difference in how I interpret this persons response.....
