You will never be able to chastise your way to success or a higher PPS. It's counter productive.
The newsletter could be turning into a counter productive tool also. When you start working to satisfy a newsletter instead of doing thinks in proper order than problems occur. I'm not saying that's happening but I'm starting to see glimpses of this type of behavior. I find myself at times leaning to that behavior and not by choice.
