While some think I have nothing better to do but bitch and type paragraphs;  I continue to post these frustrations and complaints so my fellow longs will do the same and send a message.  Squeeky wheels gets the grease!  Do longs really think the newsletter came about through silence? 
TECO management and IR heard us and did something about it. The newsletter is a great idea and money well spent.  How about doing something about these missed self-imposed deadlines.
