He pretended to hold a shareholder vote (with the participation of a few shareholders representing a small minority of issued shares) and then filed spurious documents with government agencies, all with the apparent intent to take the company down, or at least get the issued shares delisted, plus make trouble for his "enemies" as a bonus.

Meanwhile Gonzalo Leon keeps posting vicious and untrue slanders against the company and its management, both past and current, as if he were daring current management to begin process against him. Well, they have. He continues to pretend otherwise.
