Then let me ask you this klipnocky;  why did they post the timelines that they posted i.e. end of August for both the filings and Belize announcement milestone? I don't give two chits if these events don't come about for 2-3 more weeks.  Thats not my point! My point is and I'll say it again; DON'T GIVE OUT DATES AND MILESTONES THAT CAN'T BE MET BY THE SELF IMPOSED  DATE GIVEN!  IT'S CALLED STROKING PEOPLE! THE MICRO MARKETS DON'T BELIEVE A WORD TECO SAYS AND I HAVEN'T BELIEVED THEM FOR MANY MONTHS.  How much buying went on the day they announced the Stockton lease purchase was completed?  Zero because history shows it means little until TECO can prove otherwise.  I am a believer that they have the ability to prove otherwise but I wish they would stop  talking about this and that and produce some  oil .  Stop giving dates for CFP and just focking become CFP without the need to "guess" win as they did during the CC.
