You people just don't get my gripe? I don't care if there is a plan or not. The past shows that TECO plans can't be executed properly to begin with so their "plans" are words on paper until they can 1) Execute the plan. 2) Find some oil that makes them CFP which was suppose to happen months ago according to the CC 3) Report it in a filing and file with the SEC on time.  ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. If  can proof that they can execute a plan "to schedule" then I'll shut up about my gripes.  I want them reading this because if I go face to face with my gripe and lose it then I'll end up in some New Orleans jail.  They never learn!  They continue to post timelines that are meaningless.  I've said before; "shut up, put up and then speak!"
