Oh sorry gang.  I think 6 already have it on the ballot but several, like my state of ND, have enough signatures to put it on the ballot but have not had it approved yet.  Also 17 states & the Dist of Columbia have mmj.  So we could possibly see more than 1/2 the states get mmj in November.
