SJ no. 3 will either be a commercial hit or at the least provide guidance towards eventually retrieving that 6mm barrels.  Of course I hope this weeks meeting with the GOB ends with them approving a commercial oil well.  That will give TECO's PPS the boost it needs.  Then onto SJ no. 4 with much less risks.
