Wasn't NWO drilling big wells that targeted 10s of millions of barrels of oil with multiple prospects located around the world, all of which are supported by seismic?
Treaty's prospects targets 6 million barrels of oil and I believe that estimate is just a guess - or at least there was no scientific evidence available at the time of the estimate was made. That is literally an order of magnitude smaller than NWO's prospects.
Based on recent news, it doens't sound like Treaty will ever find oil in Belize. Which means that we are left to the 'picked-over' west texas leases - leases that every one else passed on and no one else thought were worth investing drilling capital to develop.
It is not pretty, but I am stuck in Treaty until I can break even - then I could care less what they do, because I will be out and invested in a Real Oil Company.
