I think it was after the close but not sure. I beliieve though with the crackdown by the SEC that EVDR is being very careful to make certain that the financials are transparent and accurate. Accountant probably working overtime on it.. I have to believe that EVDR is being silent for a reason. It is frustrating that we haven't had any info coming from MMG or EVDR, but got to believe there is an underlying reason. EVDR has too much potential to languish at this miserable level.. hopefully soon we will have our day.
