Also in the last few years corporations are making all kinds of ridiculous declarations in their charters ,articles, amendments etc limiting director liability -essentially trying to completely eliminate all liability for anything. I'm not talking about cwrn.

But dont worry about it,for people and corporations cannot legislate their liability or the lack thereof. If any provisions violate any of the basic principals of the law  or any legislative or judicial or administrative law they will be considered null and void.
