Please supply some of us boys & girls with a few of the links of other companies that you used for comparison purposes. Certainly you put lots of time into the venture of comparing companies and would be happy to share your hard earned efforts with us.

Also tell the board here of your qualifications to make such comparisons.

But what really gave it away was your quote " 

I'm not selling for a loss ".

Any true investor after doing all the " hard work you did " would bail out if it were as bad as you say.
