So say Kayakujutsu, can you please tell us how the values of those companies' leases are calculated, and how their prospects are calculated, and how does Treaty's leases offer far less potential?  And while you're at it, would you give us an illustrated chart to compare their GAP approved valuations with those of Treaty?  Of course,  this is just to validate your claims so no one will think you are just trying to trash Treaty.
