integracer, thanks for that explanation. I also think the share reduction offer is the last piece of the puzzle. We pretty well know other concessions will be coming in but a lot are still afraid of that R/S. Other companies have promised faithfully no reverse split and then here comes one and shareholders are left holding the bag. That's what scares investors more than anything I think. I guess there are cases where a R/S helped but I've never been involved in one.
