Arb vs court/ I'm not a lawyer. and I am not sure exactly what the cases are about.

But if Cwrn is pushing court, it must have a good case, or a good bluff. Arb is less risky than a judge. Suspect that there will be an out of court settlement, and it will include all charges pending in both Texas and calif. or NV. where ever.

and the issues will be settled. If I read correctly Geo is asking for far less than Cwrn is countering with. There is not a lot of time for the 2 sides to negotiate with, and going to court is costly, time consuming, and dangerous for all parties. Well it seems that most would rather settle out of court. so lets see what transpires....
