Ah! But what you are failing to recognize is that the specialty is stem cell treatment and the siRNA science. Both of which are relatively new in terms of application though the science has been studied and perfected for some time. The doctor's are very well versed and successful in both and are personally responsible for several groundbreaking events in the medical and scientific world.

Pumping chemicals into a patient with a hefty price tag has been around for quite a while. Helping the patient to heal thyself is an alternative approach. And an approach that commands a lot more attention than it received just ten years ago since people are better able to educate themselves by way of the internet.

From what I am finding, Koos knows what he is doing. Yes, he could certainly do with a lesson in communication skills. But, looks to me that he has learned how (through trial & error no doubt) to assemble a team that will do nothing short of hit consecutive home runs.
