In order to address bandwidth with older technology and proliferate "Wireless" in the future, better tools, better results, in 1991 we were still using "DOS" Bill Gates was talking about the "DOS" Barrier and not needing more than 640K of memory on 8 bit CPU'S. We were lucky at the time for 24K baud downloads.Currently my old routers and switches are Gigabyte Full Duplex.
