in  regards to bandwidth, I think we're overlooking some aspect of, (I presume) DUTV tech.  One article stated that even with Vid compression BW was still being used up via improvements to QoS etc.  Given statements 50% less BW required by others indicates that problem was addressed.  The statement "We are IPTV" also indicates issues were resolved and the implied belief that DUTV tech is a necessary component for others to address issues regarding BW.......(also implies some sort of agreement for usage of said tech, thereby becoming part of fundamental foundation of tech going forward and curtailing capx of others); hence belief we're missing something which may or may not be in pat app. Should the forgoing statement be close to the reality, it would explain the, "We Are"
