So If I'm to understand some of the speculation being discussed.  Is it really possible that the delay could be because they are applying for orphan drug status right from the start instead of waiting for it down the line.

Makes sense to me, Get it right from the start, why wait down the road.  If they recieve orphan drug status now, that means accelerated phase trial times.  Yes No ?
