Buy out? not so fast my friend, as I think Koos would say. Not unless they deviate from their master plan and the buy out offer is ridiculously high. Remember, BMSN put in place a strategy to make sure no one can come in and buy them out via the purchase of stock. BMSN wants to license out what ever successes they have and draw on a royalty, if I recall correctly. BMSN's goal is to get the ball rolling and let a big pharma take over while BMSN continues to hunt for medical patents that big pharma won't touch until it's proven to safely work in the first clinical phase. Lifetime royalties is a good thing.

Let's just hope BMSN can replicate what MNKD has done this year. If so, I'll be a very happy man.
