Yes, I understand what you are saying....but typically even the ihubers of the world would be buying this up pre-news and so far that has not happened.  This leads me to believe there is not news coming soon.  DUTV has behaved like a penny stock this year, pumping their stock with twitter messages that resulted in a nice bounce in pps only to return to the trips.  I can see the potential but I don't have much confidence in this longterm.  I do think it could provide a nice return at some point, buying anything less than .001.   Good luck.
