The one question to ask is , did bmsn submit the right data to begin with? Who actually is helping the company submit the protocols etc?
And while it is disappointing that the FDA did not grant approval to move ahead, the company did state last time that this might happen. This isn't bad news. It just isn't moving the ball along yet.
On a side note, more prof that the guy posing as sierra doesn't know wtf he is talking about.
