You have said it exactly the way Steve has done this. He is smart and knows how to manipulate stock. His profession was the stock market and IPOs, so  he knows all to well how to play the system... At first I thought that this was a good way to fund ICPA/PNCH, but now I see that it has been abused. Steve has to have money to do things... I am sure he hasn't "personally" sold a single share... LMAO
