Let's get one thing very clear here. Steve keeps saying over and over "I have not, and am not selling a single share". That is such a lie and a play on words. Perhaps he has not personally put in a sell order for his own shares. But he has taken money through dilutive financings multiple times, which can be proven in filings.  That is the SAME as selling shares!  Those debtholders are typically issued shares at a 50-70% discount to the current market price. I believe the trading action we've seen the past few days are a direct result of some conversions from dilutive financing. But Steve will still sit there and tell everyone with a straight face that he has never sold a single share.
