Regardless of the R/S ratio, it won't allow us to even buy a round of PBR at the local pub. The R/S is like putting perfume on garbage. Regardless of what Willy does, it still stinks. Willy and MMTE still offer absolutely no insight on how or why this zero company will shoot to the moon. Or even .75. I believe Rocky is throwing random numbers out there with nothing to back it up...... And as far as his "a con man wouldn't do that", uh... Willy's actions are exactly what a con man would do. Especially if ne's looking to bilk more money out of you or keep the law at arms length. Rocky must be living in Rainbows and Unicorn land.
