Hmm not sure what you mean they can't move the record date? The true record date is on the day of distribution anyways. The "record date" is basically that - for formality purposes so they can calculate the # of shares they need to distribute. Record date doesn't mean anything else - only those who hold SKTO stock on day of distribution will get the AEGY dividends.
