Legalization is inevitable and the feds know it. In the meantime I think they're taking notes on all the innovative products and services that have emerged (biometric vending machines, seed to sale tracking, collective networks, other-than-credit-card transactions...). They have caused a microcosm of invention and advancement due to their restrictive stance. Pretty awesome really.
