No question, last sentence.  The problem is, the fear is based on DOGMA, so it will in time fall too.  Ya gotta be in as an investor and by default, a sort of activist.  My money's on the table.  Deep down they are afraid of the groundswell that this truly is, and so they are using sneaky tactics.  They know full well they cannot play games with the will of the people forever, just like with every other anachronistic law that has fallen before these will.
