This naive little squirrel (if the shoe fits) was thinking .023 was someone inside Baltia painting the line, but not with that last 127,000 share purchase.

400 shares is painting the line.  127 thousand is someone actually purchasing....lets hope it continues.

....at least any steady increase this week will help the Baltia group with next week's meeting.....

BTW....if someone could send me the details, I just might have a rep from my group attend the meeting to see what is said.........
