Those 10K shares to Mr Reid and others were not self indulgence.  They were for a deal pending with Tanjung! I hear it has something to do with an Iraqi based oil company, field, or similar.  Not sure but I was told those shares listed in the 10K went for very good reasons.  I was told energy E&P financials need to show transactions using a specific and different accounting practice.  Time will tell but hopefully rumors have much more positive results than the past.
