My attitude is that we shareholders have paid the entrance fee to support or criticize our Company and its Management as we so choose, with due cause.  But for paid third parties to do so and have it materially affect the stock price, hence shareholder worth, is more criminal than the acts they manage to accuse some company officials, true or not, of performing, especially when the only ones profitting are the ones doing the damage.
