Vettehemi, Sure would be nice to get an explanation about that 60+ million shares to a "related entity".  Heh, sure would be nice to be that "related entity", maybe it's a long lost uncle.  WHATEVER, this needs to end with this 10K or the next time something similar happens, shareholders will be crying "UNCLE" and selling in droves.
