You hae to listen to what Jerry actually just said. That's just the same folks trying to scare people. A RS may happen but it will be tied to a major event like partnership on a 3B product or sale of Novel. Jerry and the BOD are the biggest shareholders. They would be hurting themselves and Jerry knows this better then anyone. Like whn he said he as a stock picker would pick this one. Thought that was funny. And it sounds like he is about to convert his million bucks into shares.

It only works when you are a real company and hit major revenue type milestones or partnerships on massive deals which is what elite is about to do.
