All this talk about a R/S on IHub isn't warranted.  A R/S right now or near the future would decimate this stock.  I for one would sell everything I have before the R/S because I have yet to see a company come out of a successful R/S from pennyland.  IMO there isn't a need to do one, ever.  The company is growing and the first ART drug will cause the stock price to climb.  Once ELTP increases its revenues significantly another option would be to buy back shares.  Also keep in mind that if a R/S happens and ELTP doesn't move over to a larger exchange the stock price will continue to drop.  It would be easier for a larger pharma company to buy ELTP at a much discounted price than it would have with a larger O/S.  There are way to many negatives with a R/S than there is with positives.  Those that are positive about a R/S should really consider the drawbacks and imo drop the talk on IHub.  Jerry stated there is no R/S and we should leave it at that.
