Penny stocks are shorted and longs speculate them.  Combine enough speculators with enough shorters covering conventional shorted shares in combination with NSS shares and a true to form growing company and you have the recipe for a historical run that could go into dollar land.  All TECO indications seem to be pointng in that direction.  I'm just not sure what material event or level of PPS is truly going to scare the hedgies and brokers who are at risk with all the phanthom shares.
