Dont know who brought up but a few years Rocky Mtn Chocalate company dropprd to .14 cents a share got delisted and was floundering.  Before 2008 bust it was back at 14.00 dollars a share.  Dont know where it is now dont care but that is historically correct.  Sometime its hype, momentum or just luck but it does happen.  It could be Teco also!
