May I add that KMAG is not a start up. It is a reemerging company making money.  We cannot refute this, just as MMG cannot refute it.  They can simply say, "no they're not," and we can simply say, "yes they are."  The push-pull will be settled with audited financials.  When that happens non-reputable groups will begin to vanish and move to other companies with that show of strength.  It simply is a matter of time.
