Here is the way I see it...if I were running the company (I'm not..Andrew no worries) and with cash as tight as it has been, and I had this next $50,000, but I needed to send $50,000 to Belize and $50,000 to the accountants to get the10K done, there is no doubt where I would send it....

BELIZE....and I think that is what they are and have done all along.   juggle on guys...keep all the plates in the air and don't drop nary a one.  Eventually when the oil revenue is sufficient 10Ks will be much more prompt....so relax guys... it just history anyway
