DTL, the only minor problem at the moment with them actually getting the 10K,10Q out is that some of the newbies will read what's contained in those filings and realize that this is not all peaches and cream, which will cause at the very least a mini sell off.

I would like to see them get us up to speed with the filings, I've said it in the past numerous times.  At the moment. IMO getting oil / money flowing should be the top priority.  I mean it is not inexpensive to get those filings together, and I'd much rather see them use whatever funds come available to get another well online this month, as opposed to pushing it back a couple weeks or maybe a month, just so they can get the filings done.  It is definitely a balancing act at the moment, but once they have a couple of months worth of income from these wells, they will get up to speed quickly.
