If you were reading my posts back during the subpenny days I said "I am going to chase and not take the risk of buying down here".  My risk tolerance was shot and I didn't have the confidence to know if they would bring it all the way down. Been there done that.  I waited unil mid 1's and bought up to low 2's so I guess that would be called chasing albeit a slow chase and not necessarily a fast run. LOL!
