Let's see TECO break 3 cents today

With the move in TECO this week, most notably in the past 2 days, I think that this should get some more people on board. I was talking to a buddy of mine who I have been pleading to buy TECO under 2 cents for weeks. He runs a bunch of executive suites, makes very good money, but told me he would wait until 3 cents.

Why would someone wait to pay more? That's just the way that the general "investing" public is. They like to buy only after they see other people buying and perceive some stock momentum.
