I think someone is accumulating the stock in the .0015 range. Vert is shorting the stock during the day, say 10 mil shares, to keep the price down and to capture any stock sold, and then they cover the 10 mil shares right near the close. The question is who is accumulating the stock and why? The float should be getting tighter therefore I expect the stock to run after the short blocking ends.
